Masseria Monticelli is an historical farmhouse with a new extension overlooking  picturesque vineyards. The building is being restored (to be completed on purchase – estimated completion time: 2 months) and will have five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a couple utility rooms. This masseria has sixteen hectares of land (including two trulli and a lamia to restore) of which fourteen are well-maintained vineyards (containing the famous local primitivo grape variety which makes superb wine) and two hectares of ancient olive grove.
