Masseria Monticelli is an historical farmhouse with a new extension overlooking picturesque vineyards. The building is being restored (to be completed on purchase – estimated completion time: 2 months) and will have five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a couple utility rooms. This masseria has sixteen hectares of land (including two trulli and a lamia to restore) of which fourteen are well-maintained vineyards (containing the famous local primitivo grape variety which makes superb wine) and two hectares of ancient olive grove. The whole plot is enclosed by traditional dry stone walls.
Masseria Monticelli is about 30 min from Brindisi airport and 20 minutes from the Ionian beaches.
